From HAZCO's FAQ web page (quoted verbatim):

FAQ #16. How will you collect, store and treat runoff water?

With respect to surface water run-off, all precipitation that falls on the active working area of the facility will be collected in a lined surface water collection pond.  The water collected in the pond is then tested, treated and then recycled, released or disposed.

Comment: The same answer as that to question #15 deserves the same comment as did the answer to question #15.
