folc.ca's comment on HAZCO's answer to FAQ #37

Note: The background text in the following was copied from the Frequently-asked Questions page at HAZCO's website, Nov. 2, 2005.  HAZCO's answers to "frequently asked questions" deserve further comments.  Those comments are inserted where required in HAZCO's text and are shown on yellow background.

From HAZCO's FAQ web page (quoted verbatim):

FAQ #37. A flyer is being distributed by the Friends of Lamont County who are opposed to your project.  What’s your reaction to the things being said in the flyer?

It’s not appropriate for us to comment on what others are saying or doing.  Hazco realizes that a flyer and petition are being distributed within the community. I would suggest you contact the people distributing the flyer for further information.

Comment:

Here is the on-again off-again "no comment" ploy used by HAZCO when it has nothing much to offer in its defence, one is forced to assume.

However,  it is hoped that the comments in this web page and in the other related web pages pertaining to the HAZCO plan to help turn Lamont County into an industrial hazardous waste disposal site will provide the answers that HAZCO recommends the readers of the flyer should obtain by contacting the authors of the flyer HAZCO doesn't wish to comment on.

HAZCO is inviting constructive criticism.  Well, for starters, it seems that the flyer contains more constructive criticism than HAZCO is able to shake a stick at.
